    .....No, that would be Maxwell Antonio Loach. Matthew Franklin was the name Catholic Nuns gave him when he was found wondering alone in 1959. Matthew meaning "Chosen One. " And he was found near the Ben Franklin Parkway.

    Yes, I have a PhD. in "Matthew Saad Muhammadology." LOL.
