I agree with your analysis. I am really hoping we get an entertaining scrap, but that is just never the case with Ward.
I think your anаlysis is indeed fair and balanced. Also the аssessments of both fighters styles, strenghts and subtile weaknesses is pretty good. I myself predict another winner though, by kovalev doing exactly the same against B-Hop with the differences being youth in Ward's favor to that one, but less punch resistance.
