I now see why Canelo wanted the fight with Kovalev he is not the same fighter who destroyed Cleverly, he was there to be beaten tonight.

Yarde was brave but he is not a twelve round fighter yet, as another poster said he was out of gas after the eighth round.

I hope Yarde comes again, but him and Tunde had a reality check tonight.

 

This must be the most pathetic promotion in the history of British boxing.

Ashes, Challenge Cup, England Wales, full football calendar, Ebor. Just pathetic from Warren. Unbeaten challenger for a world title and nobody knew this fight was happening. The man's a disgrace. Such a shame to see top class boxing ignored but it'll keep happening to Frank fighters I'm afraid.

 

My favorite current british fighters are Joe Joyce and Daniel Dubios, so clearly I have interest.

It just so happens that most of today's current crop of British fighters are swindlers who blag their way through the rankings

Got to agree that’s probably what we’ll see when in realty he needs to be thrown into tough domestic/European level scraps. There’s certain things you can’t learn in a gym and he needs to learn those things

 

I'm a boxing fan. It's plainly terrible to see unbeaten, high quality fighters in world title fights going under the radar.

I want boxing to do well above all. Warren continues to disappoint.
