What do you care about his personal goals? His interests aren't your interests.
GGG's GOAL's is pleasing the fans and the fans do not want to see him make a career out of chasing meaningless trinkets against nobody's. Because vacant belts are nothing but trinkets.

Golovkin having fights with fellow MW rivals on the table would justify him wanting to become undisputed. Except there is not. There is nobody there for him to forge any legacy at MW.
He already has 3/4 of the belts and he has beaten just one champ to his name and that was a paper champ who had just won a vacant belt.
GGG has a responsibility to the sport to make the best fights that can be made and a fight against da Krusher a is one of those fights. He already ducked out of a fight with Ward.
When its all done , GGG will be only remembered for avoiding every challenge that came his way so he could chase easy fights all his career.

Ggg is a very young 34, very very yougood. He has min 5 years fighting at his peak which he's yet to show any of it. He'll shoe lots in the Jacob's fight. Jacob's is much much better and much stronger than he was for the Dimitry loss.

Better in every area and so much stronger, dudes not fighting with cancer eating him.alive. ggg will show serious talent when he breaks Jacob's down ko'ing him.

Most on here have no idea the talent ggg is. Oh he gets hit too much , defense needs work blah blah blah. Once ggg finds himself an opponent (start with Jacob's) that he respects and has to take seriously , he won't get touched until he loses respect for the opponent.

With no respect for your opponent he feels it's no problem taking a few shots to get mine in to start ending the fight.. Murray of course is no atg, but that dude is one tough MF'error. GGG systematically broke him down to the point Murray was a walking sombre.

I'd never seen Murray actually hurt before, get was hurt the entire fight. Idk other mw's that couldve taken the beating Murray took.

He systematically broke lemme down and didn't get touched until lemme was zero threat. Ggg is the real deal, never seen a mw on his level

So beating domestic level bum -Murray . And C- level ,one trick pony -Lemmie , convinces you there has never been another MW ever that's on his level?

Wow, you GGTurds really are the stupidest fanboi's that ever lived.

Maybe you should understand that fighters have goals, just like we all do. Let ggg achieve his main goal he's been working on since 2008.

Then you can cry us rivers about who he should fight, where, when and how. Ggg NEVER claimed he ko'd Kovalev, he's always given him major props. You think theyes had only ggg, Kovalev and Abel in t h e gym ?

Every big event that happens in the gyms eventually gets out. Don't be so naive, of course a mw knocking down a beast at lhw is getting out.

Everything gets out. All Abel really said was kovalet showed ggg too much respect during sparring for it to be beneficial for ggg who's Abell main asset. I told all you guys back in 2010 exactly what was going to happen. And it's all gone exactly as I said, and in 2018 ggg will be fighting Kovalev at lhw

He's full of ****, unification isn't his main goal, getting money is:deal:. If it was he never would have fought Brook at WW at 160 who never fought at 160 before and held no belt there. Nor would have had sought out fights with JCC Jr at 168 who held no belt at 168 or 160 or Froch at 168. He also wouldn't take step aside money for fight as much as he did either. The guy is a diva who has never gone out of his way to make a big fight. He could have gone up to face Ward at 168 nope could have fought Canelo at a catch weight already nope. Now he's pricing himself out like he's the cash cow of the sport. The guy is a joke and so is his resume and his fans.

Spot on. These palookas have nothing better to do than to make up dream fights so far out of fighter's weightclasses that it's not funny. If Golovkin whooped both Ward and Kovalev (not likely, but not impossible either) they'd be wanting him to step up to cruiser.

Now, I am not exactly a Floyd fan, but it's exactly what people wanted Floyd to do, in the hopes that he'd run into somebody too big on the night and that he would get ktfo.

The Brook analogy is absurd. Brook is a middleweight that somehow boild down to 147. He weighed in heavier than GGG, ffs! Golovkin is in no way a SMW or a LHW in any form. At his age he has grown into his frame and has reached his natural weight class. These dudes must grow up and face the facts.

You kinda just admitted in that post - in the final seven words especially - that you're a casual boxing fan. It's fine, we all have to start somewhere. Good luck to you in your quest for knowledge...

His best wins were guys moving up from 154. Geez, that's real bad, right? Pity he ducked Spinks, he could have been remembered as somebody today. Instead, nobody knows his name. :(

Lara needs to move to 160 and earn a spot. He's currently a nobody. Amiright?

Or, heck, at least send an offer on paper. Right?
