Thank you I can't see how genuine fans would celebrate a low blow for either. I can only think that many are agenda ridden casuals
Yes, it's a sad day when SOB fans celebrate cheating by low blow.......................Golota needs to be given his title he won from Bowe and yes, by low blow..............
How? Is that not Wards moniker? I cant read your mind and could be wrong, but i can only guess with you questioning a question that you feel there may be more to what happened but don't want to post
Ward said that neutral judges would be unfair, not to mention a neutral referee and boxing commission, because Ward has to cheat to win.................
Elite level posting, signore Bailey Haven't got round to watching this yet but it might be of interest to you This content is protected
His "son of god" moniker has zero to do with the fight and fighting dirty. Period. Maybe if his name was "son of honor" or "son of respect" you'd have a point.... God fearing people can be assholes, God fearing people can be bad. Majority of them are hypocritical to a degree.
First off, you dont decide who is neutral or not just because you want to address something how you see it. You are obviously someone who can only see things one certain way and not as a neutral, so have no place asking questions that you are trying to manipulate an answer to. It doesnt matter if Kovalev was or wasnt reacting to legal body shots when he was hit with illegal body shots. I will however address the times you say and give a neutral response. Round 2, I saw Kovalev get hit with a shot that looked low to me and react to that. I think Kovalev was trying to get the ref to take notice of it. The ref must have agreed as he gave time to Kovalev and told Ward to keep them up. Not sure what you would think is or isnt neutral about that unless you feel the ref wasnt being neutral? 7th round was a round I scored for Ward. At around 2:39 of the round (20 secs of round), I felt Kovalev was hit low when coming out of a clinch, but he didnt complain. In a clinch in round 7 (52 secs remaining), Kovalev complained and looked hurt from a punch that looked low to me. At the end of round 7 in the replays, it showed Kovalev was hit with a low blow where the commentary (P Malignaggi), mentioned it was low and mentioned Ward snuck it it and said you get away with what you can. Round 8, Wards big punch did hurt Kovalev and made him give ground. I dont think Kovalev was going to get knocked out as he was throwing jabs back but it did shake him up. I was surprised Ward wasnt warned for ducking below the belt Now I didnt once see Kovalev complain about legal body shots. I looked again at the rounds you noted above, as you gave rounds, but can you tell me where you want me to look? I didnt see Kovalev land a low jab in round 7. Can you say where? I think you are looking for something that isnt with that comment as I have watched the round again and cant see where a low jab was delivered by Sergei Doesnt prove anything. This is you looking for an angle I understand the rules. Fights have also been changed after when it has been found that somthing wasnt correct. Fact is the fight was called off without a count after what looked a low blow. P Malignaggi said some of those shots are low though, before the ref waved it off. None of that is not being neutral, but calling what was said and happened. I struggle to understand how legit fans would rate that as a good finish and good result for boxing Malignaggi said after it was clearly low and alot of them were low and a clear low blow
You write Ward controlled the fight from start to finish then add The 3 official judges, two of them had Ward up by a point, the 3rd judge had Kovalev up by 3 points. Which shows Ward wasnt controlling throughout
Terrible when a fight is won on a low blow Just think of all of the other fights where the result could have been different because of a low blow
This content is protected The shot looks lower than I realised. Kovalev was hit on the letters of his trunks
That's not what I meant. Ward controlled the fight as in, he had a gameplan and stuck to it. He forced Kovalev to fight at a much higher pace than the first fight knowing if he gassed last time, he would do so more quickly this time. He had a gameplan and executed it, controlling the fight.
