The part where you cant really explain yourself. I like differing opinions but its good to understand where other opinions come from, but when they cant explain...
What agenda? I make no secret that I thought Kovalev was a clear winner, but I dont really care who won as I just enjoyed the boxing. What I was interested about was how so many commented previously when I said I thought round 3 was Kovalevs round. It seems it worries you that people may have not thought Ward won that round
If you didnt see the good hook that Kovalev landed when his back was to the ropes then I guess there were alot of other parts of the action you likely missed
A clear Ward round when 2/3 judges scored for Kovalev. That tells you Clear poor troll post from Akbar
Show me where Ward was landing in the last minute? Kovalev was outworking Ward in the last minute also
I like how people that scored it for kovalev actually gave him an obvious ward round. "but harold letterman" isnt a good excuse
Most of the people here, especially myself, can defend our position though. This isn't an obvious Ward round at all. It's a round where both men landed about 8 punches. One guy was clearly more affected by those shots though and that guy wasn't Kovalev lol. No one that I've noticed used Lederman as reasoning behind their pick. The poster of this thread also just seems legitimately curious as to why they are giving this round in particular to Ward. I don't think he has an agenda nor is he trolling. He's just a guy that watches boxing and wants to better understand the viewpoint.
Forgetting of course that 2/3 of the judges in a fight where the judges scored unanimous for Ward in a fight that many thought Kovalev won also scored the 3rd round to Kovalev. Sort of makes you sound silly when you make that comment and the facts are presented
Its not trolling at all. I really dont care who won. I did score clearly for Kovalev but wasnt watching with a particular care as to who won. It was just when I said I thought round 3 was a Kovalev round, several seemed to jump, which I still cant see why and have since found many (if not more on this thread) seem to agree
