So your argument is that GGG undoubtedly won because throwing 2.6 punches more per rounds means better ring generalship, better aggression, cleaner punches landed, and better defense, right boys, that's what you're saying, since its unconceivable to have any other outcome than Golovkin winning according to you.

GGG landed 59 more jabs than Canelo, an avg of 4.9 more jabs than Canelo per round. Canelo landed 27 more power punches, an avg of 2.4 more power punches.

You're trying to sell the idea that Golovkin was ROBBED because Golovkin landed an avg of 2.6 punches per round, which were jabs??! HAhahahaahahaha...

No, Kovalev has been chosen for a reason. It was the reason Frank Warren and Yarde went after him, he looks very beatable, had a long hard career, it's coming to an ended and let's not forget he has had a host of personal problems,

If Canelo really wanted to make a real statement he would have gone after Beterbiev, Bivol or Gvozdyk. Three fighters who are hungry, fresher and are in much better shape physically and mentally than Kovalev.



Kovalev looks a shadow of his former self, this is a cash out for Kovalev and I don't blame him or begrudge him but this isn't what some are trying to make it out to be.

So let's not pretend Kovalev is the best LHW still, he isn't, those three I mentioned above would all beat him right now, Kovalev is only ranked highly because of his previous achievements and no the what he is doing right now.
