I think Martin would beat Kownacki in a rematch, he almost knocked him out.

Chisora has a better workrate than Martin and is all around a better fighter, i have no doubt that he could hurt Kownacki.

Yes, Parker was overrated but he is still a lot better than Kownacki.

I don’t know if Chisora is, they haven’t fought and really that was the first time we saw Martin against someone his level. The glazkov farce doesn’t count.

I think a Chisora vs Kownacki fight is realistic so we shall see when it’s made, others its just our opinion.

Chisora isn’t necessarily an better all round fighter, Martin has the better jab, he has the better body movement, punch technique, straight punchers and boxing IQ. Chisora has the better hand speed, body punching, head movement and work rate plus chin.

Martin certainly doesn't have better punch technique and ring iq than Chisora, better jab maybe but we all know what type of fighter Chisora is, he doesn't necessarily need a good jab.

Of course he does, what are you watching. Derek slaps with his punchers martins left hand is much more straighter and crisper. Dereks right hand over the top is his best punch and it was the punch that ended the Takam fight, he doesn’t lead with a straight jab like Martin.

Chisora would be a better fighter if he lead with a jab going into the inside so he can get the hooks off, instead he just runs in there and when he is tired catches the punches with his head in order to get his shots off. Is it vital for his style? No but it would improve him.

Lol what are you watching ? Martin is mostly an arm puncher and he pushed his jab, he doesn't throw combinations
and is very inaccurate and sloppy, Chisora is more fluid than him and throws perfect punches occasionally.

Chisora would just swarm Kownacki and rough him up on the inside, Martin did the same with him and Chisora is a much better inside fighter than Martin.

I know that Chisora is finished but he is still good enough to beat Kownacki.

I don't know if you really think Kownacki is talented, i don't rate him at all, imo he showed nothing against Martin but we will see if he is worth **** when he fights against a top 15 heavyweight.

Izu has a lot of talent but needs to be developed properly.

The last opponent they got for him is the type of opponent he should be matched with.

Unfortunately Fred quit cold after 2 & Izu didn't get the work he needed but they're on the right path there.

Kownacki is a long way down that path & is entitled to a top 10 ranking.

If they fought now, Kownacki would do to Izu what Breazeale did.

Give Izu a steady diet of intermediate level opponents though & he could be something.

    That takes time & money.

If the people working with Izu now have those things, we may get to find out how good he can be.

    I hope we do.

Give Izu a fight with that soccer hooligan, not Kownacki.

I don’t think he is anything special. However he is competitive with everyone who isn’t Ortiz, Wilder, AJ and improved Tyson. I would pick him against Parker, Chisora, Izu and Hughie, Ruiz. I got Dillian, Povetkin and Breazeale beating him. Miller is a 50-50 I think he can beat Pulev too.

He can beat overrated Whyte also. Okin hates Kownacki I dont know why. Thy guy comes forward and throws punches. His chin aint bad either as we saw last night. He can beat Whyte for sure.
