Thanks for the heads up. Just tuned in.

Wish I could understand what they were saying!

With the way technology is hurtling the last decade or so, we're probably only 2-3 years away from having an in-browser app or plug-in that can listen to audio from any language and provide translations in like Siri's or Alexa's voice in real-time.

Yeah, I was messing wit about my Roku device, trying to see if I could get English close captioning. No such luck.

Wow, Biel won. I just saw the last two, but it looked to me as if the other guy was getting the better of it.

Nice trophy; better one that the one Usyk got for for the CW tournament.

All the ones that say "pending approval" weren't there an hour ago.

Fairly commonplace actually, not sure why there's so much dropping of the ball in communication between promoters/matchmakers and BoxRec to where you have nearly half the bill getting updated after the fact. You'd think most substitutions and reshufflings would take place by the day before (with occasional exceptions, of course) and somebody would pick up the phone or shoot an email. :nusenuse:

A lot of the day's recurring themes present in this one...

    • 4-rounder. ✅
    • Light heavyweights. ✅
    • Both making their pro debut. ✅
    • One guy based in Poland but Ukrainian-born. ✅
    • At least one guy a crossover from pro MMA. ✅

Niemczyk down barely 90 seconds in.

He beats the count but fights the rest of the way like a terrified bunny rabbit.

10-8 Hynzhu, the Ukrainian fella...who resembles, far more than he does any other Ukrainians, a cross between Bosniak-Serb and German transplant Muamer "Marco Huck" Hukić and English actor Martin Freeman.

Niemczyk escapes the penultimate round, and may escape his debut without a KO loss - but his career is going exactly nowhere.
