Fairly commonplace actually, not sure why there's so much dropping of the ball in communication between promoters/matchmakers and BoxRec to where you have nearly half the bill getting updated after the fact. You'd think most substitutions and reshufflings would take place by the day before (with occasional exceptions, of course) and somebody would pick up the phone or shoot an email.
