Finally a Niemczyk boy has taken a round from an ornery Ukrainian for once.

    20-18 Niemczyk

The rawness is highly evident... lead uppercuts from a mile away behind a lazy jab. :shakehead: Luckily for him Spodar isn't half as game as his countryman Hynzhu was.

Why'd they make this co-main?

It was...alright, but maybe third-best of the undercard 4-rounders. And that is on entertainment value - in terms of combined skill it would rate much lower.

The crowd goes absolutely wild as the decision is announced for the relatively less-shitty Niemczyk brother, who advances to 1-0.

Talk about strange... Aajour, hailing from Morocco but residing in Cataluña, has among the weirdest career trajectories you'll find:

    • Debuted in 2014, lost via TKO1.
    • Disappeared for three years.
    • Drew with a Spaniard named Oscar Del Olmo González in 2017.
    • Drew against with Del Olmo in their rematch the next year in 2018.
    • Defeated another Spaniard named Diego Torrente a year later in 2019.
    • Disappeared for two years.
    • Defeated the same guy, Torrente, nabbing his first KO in 2021.
    • Defeated two more Spaniards and then lost via MD to a third (his first undefeated opponent) all in the same year, meaning he fought as many times in 2021 as he did in 2014-2020 combined.

    Round 1

Knyba, standing at 6'7" and nicknamed "The Polish Hussar", uses his four inch reach advantage to whip down upon Aajour's face with jabs and crosses from long range in the opening minute. Knyba is repelling every attempt made by Aajour to dive in with body shots, either by jabbing him in the crown or tying up and tossing him away. Sloppy dives by Aajour, head lowered, softly lobbing hooks at the sides of Knyba. Aajour is maneuvered into the ropes by Knyba's double jab after being wobbled from an uppercut, and then goes down from another uppercut that grazes his armpit. He rides the full count.

    TKO1!

Well...hard to say from this if the Polish Hussar is any good, but he doesn't look horrible. Punching technique and speed are okay for his size, have seen a lot worse in super heavy prospects quite often..
