Macklin will have life and death with Pirog, no doubt about it. If he does scrape through that, Pavlik will be nothing but a pure massacre. He'll do well to put a better fight than Lockett. I'm not saying he isn't better than Lockett but there is no way Macklin can outbox Pavlik with the jab and ring presence Pavlik has and I severely doubt he's felt anything like this type of power.

 

Pavlik had the Williams fight and he called it off. Calling Paul out now means nothing.

I like him to fight Paul Williams right now since there is really nobody in the MW division to fight unless he fights Strum.

no I am not kidding. Pavlik had the fight and cancelled it. Now he calls him out again. Here is a stupid comparison- to me it is like a guy asking a girl out on a date and then standing her up, and then asking her out again a week or two later.

 

And if the guy buys her a Mercedes, she'll still put out anyways. Money's the driving factor.

Pavlik-Williams is still the money fight, and that's why I'm confident we'll still see it.

I'm tired of this idiocy. Kelly did not cancel the fight. He asked for a postponement because of injury. BIG DIFFERENCE DICK HEADS. Williams DID pull out prior to Bhop. There was a verbal agreement. Kelly had actually started training for the fight.

 

Williams was slated to make 2 million against Pavlik and ended up fighting for $500K instead. There is only ONE reason they would turn this fight down now....

Wasn't the Williams fight scheduled two weeks ago but a broken thumb canceled it only to see him immediately replace his opponent with a tomato can?, now that they saw Williams struggled in his last fight they are jumping on this because Williams fought a real challenge and this fraud promises to fight Lockett's entire family in a professional boxing ring.
