Charles Krazy Horse Bennett has been arrested and charged with alleged Domestic Violence by Strangulation according to court records in Marion County, Fla. Details of the arrest were not forthcoming, but ProElite.com reported that Bennetts arraignment will take place on Jan. 22. He was supposed to rematch Victor Valenzuela at King of the Cage on Jan. 24. Matt Ver Halen will step in to take his place. Bennett also ran into legal trouble in June of 2007 when he was supposed to fight Valenzuela on a co-promoted EliteXC/Strikeforce event.
