Round 1: 10-9 Billam-Smith

These guys are absolute TANKS. Both going to work, CBS with a few sharp jabs, Ducar going into the clinch and landing a nice uppercut. CBS with good footwork and a nice jab. He goes to the body with the right. CBS looks relaxed, comfortable. Ducar is coming forward but CBS threatening with the right. CBS is doing a good job here. Nothing to spectacular but controlling the fight. Ducar going all out aggressive in the last few rounds but CBS counters with a great body shot.

 

Ducar takes the first with good sustained pressure. CBS fired back at end but not enough for the round.

 

Yeah close, I think this Ducar looks OK.

 

CBS was hurt.

Round 2: 10-9 Billam-Smith close

CBS landing tons of jabs. Ducar doing a better job closing the distance and keeping CBS in close range but CBS landing simply the better jobs and controlling the fight. Ducar landing a nice combo in the last minute but CBS firing back immediately. Ducar landing another good shot late but CBS smiling and firing back again. Great round!

Round 2. Billam-Smith 10-9

 

Ducar is a cool gatekeeper.

 

1-1 but great fight so far. Ducar landing good shots and bothering CBS but CBS is doing some nice bodywork.

This fight will be 10 times more interesting than the main event

 

2-1 CBS who did well on the outside that round.

Ducar having more success compared to the first and second round, he's landing plenty of shots in the pocket but CBS raising the pressure, landing a body shot that hurt Ducar for a second. Some nice exchanges in the last minute, CBS with great body work, you can already see that Ducar is slowing down massively.

 

Smith looks great offensively but no defense....the Czech guy is rough and tumble but Smith should not be that open

The only thing that is working for CBS so far is those body shots
