In what world was Char ever a top 10 heavyweight? I really don't rate Char at all, I would pick Canelo to beat him easily, and I would pick Beterbiev and Joe Smith Jr to knock him out within 6 rounds.

The fact is that this dude really was ranked in top 10 by one from these top4 most well known boxing orgs and looks that also boxrec ranking. Of course when he lost via cut vs Klit and had been stopped by Pov he dropped in these rankings lower but still remained in top 10, after he get beatup from Briedis, then yeah, looks that he had dropped out from these top 10 rankings.

It was what is was, not I create these rankings.

Well, Charr definitely was slow but he was strong, tough and durable as hell plus also

    Charr was tough as hell.
    1. Povetkin then was 34 y.o in prime and he needed to use long combo with full power punches to switch off Charr.
While Perez lasted with Povetkin's prime version just 91 seconds until get finished. Whyte even 40 y. 11 months out of prime Pov switched off with 1 full power punch and handled out on him real concussion. Pov also had finished Takam when this was 33 y.o and 35 y.o Wach who is pretty large, larger than Charr and Whyte, btw he lasted all 12 rounds vs 36 y.o Klitschko. Povetkin was first dude who finished this elephant in distance.
& Yeah, Charr was hard to finish.
    2. Vs Klit Charr had lost because cut.

Due to Charr was slow, :nonono I agree that Canelo, Beterbiev and Joe Smith Jr most likely had defeated him.
    Via UD not stoppage.;)
Charr not likely had landed on them something serious and due to his slow feet they might score on him UD win.
Not likely they had finished Charr in distance because none from these are 225 lbs 34 y.o Povetkin.
34 y.o Povetkin had also beated up 37 y.o Povetkin version with a glance.
