Krzysztof Wlodarczyk vs. Francisco Palacios II RBR

Round 8

Palacios is circling to and fro, throwing hooks up from a low holster. Wlodarczyk tries to patiently wait for openings and stick the jab through as Palacios drops his arms after punching. Wlodarczyk connecting cleanly. Palacios is coming unglued, both with his hand and footwork. Palacios slips on the canvas and falls flat on his butt. Jab and right hand up top by Wlodarczyk. Palacios shoves him back with a forearm and whips out combos from outside. Wlodarczyk blocks and backs up. Wlodarczyk shies away from a whipping overhand right. Jab to the body by Wlodarczyk, ducking under another Palacios combo. Hook to the side of the neck. Clinch. Broken up. Palacios jabs into Wlodarczyk's guard and backs him up. Wlodarczyk times a jab through Palacios' punches.

Wlodarczyk is throwing big right hands up top, but few and far between. Wlodarczyk covers up as Palacios drums on his guard with jabs and rights. Lots of interruptions by the referee.

Wlodarczyk is stepping back and letting Palacios' jabs come near his face before snapping back with right hands. Left hook to the side of the head by Wlodarczyk as Palacios again gets too close without a hand up to defend. NICE left hand by Wlodarczyk, buckles Palacios slightly.

Round 11

Palacios is switching back to southpaw, leading with overhand lefts to crash down on Wlodarczyk's neck. Palacios flurries his way in and they clinch. Wlodarczyk is looking to get off, winding up, but getting popped and grabbed before he can pull the trigger. Palacios is hustling Wlodarczyk but visibly tiring, breathing through his mouth.
