    Round 12

Palacios does not want to mess around on the inside. He moves very swiftly left and right across the ring about five paces away from Diablo. Wlod comes forward and reaches in with jabs and low rights to the body. Palacios tosses out a limp "get away" 1-2 from off the ropes, still bouncing around on his toes. Wlod tracks him down, forces him to flee out of a corner. Wlod blocks some jabs and backs up as Palacios hops toward him. Hooks blocked by Wlod. A jab lands for Wlod, and the crowd reacts as if he scored the KO. 1-2 from Palacios misses. Wlod keeps stalking his way in, jabs to the body and misses. Wlod blocks a 1-2. Body shot by Wlod. Palacios lifts his arms before the bell has even rung and jumps up and down in place, thinking he has done it.

    116-112 Palacios for me.

The twelfth was almost even; Palacios did nothing but run, but Wlod really didn't manage to catch him and touch him with anything. I gave it to Wlod just for making the fight...not that it matters, really.

There should be a new champion.

He looks featherfisted, he was slapping, and 95% of the time it hit leather from what I could tell. That last round was pathetic, he just ran the entire time. 10-9 Wlod, putting him up 114-112.

boxing is an entertainment, if it wasnt for national pride of these fans, nobody would have gone to see these guys fight with those types of performances

Diablo is a good fighter, but thats all he will be. A good one. He won't become great fighter like Adamek was in this division or Haye was, or even Cunningham is right now...

If boxing rules were changed like back in the early days where there are unlimited number of rounds and the winner is decided by whoever KO's the other....Diablo would win this fight.

Krzysztof is making an impassioned speech to the crowd before the scores are read. I've never seen that before. :think

Everybody applauds it, including Palacios (who looks very excited).

Big 12th? This was a boxing match, not a track event.
