    Reevaluating Wlad's Victims
Kubrat Venkov Pulev is a 6'4.5 34 year old Heavyweight with a 20-0 11 KO's record. born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. The meaning of the word Bulgar is to bring disorder and revolt or shake up, which is exactly what Kubrat Pulev was hoping for when he faced Wladimir Klitschko, while I had my doubts he could accomplish his goal, and was 100% accurate in my prediction for the fight's outcome, I still think he's one of he more interesting opponents for other HW's to deal with, with one of the more awkward styles that's out there, and will be tough for any other fighter to beat. Pulev is a cool customer, he's very tenacious, he isn't easily discouraged, even by the repeated KD's inflicted on him by Wlad, he has a good fast jab to disrupt his opponents rhythm, on top of that he's good at slipping punches, and he can also fight in close, all of these qualities didn't bother Wlad in the least, but he still could be a handful for anyone else, his skills are good enough that he could still totally demoralize and throw many a boxer off of their game. While The Bulgarian Cobra did not slither his way to an upset, because beating Wlad is a tall order for anyone, but that doesn't mean he should be written off, because as we've seen with Povetkin he's gone on to 2 of most notable wins after being dominated, Pulev could still end up impressing us. Check Out Kubrat with his Venomous Punch before being charmed by Wlad. :bbb:bbb:bbb:bbb

Pulev is a strong, talented boxer with a diverse skillset and extensive amateur pedigree. For a big HW he is very mobile with fast hands to go with a lethal snapping jab. A good test and worthy challenger for Klitschko.

If he beats Klitchko it will be our biggest success since Todorov schooled Floyd's azz!

On a serious note I'm not too sure about Pulev fighting on the inside it is his biggest weakness imao that was somewhat evident in the Thomson fight.

I like Kubrat and your right he has a great jab but unfortunately for him Wlad has maybe the BEST jab in boxing.

Not happening.... But hopefully losing doesn't break his heart, he can definitely make a serious impact on the division after Wlad retires.

I don't Kubrat he will win either. Klitschko is just too clinical, too perfect right now to be beaten but I think Kubrat has the ability to take the fight to him and make it very intriguing while it lasts.

I didn't really think you thought he would win, but I pointed it out for others to read, especially for a lot of guys on this forum think that Pulev actually has a chance, Wlad is almost if not entirely unbeatable at this point.

I will definitely be rooting for the Bulgar beast from the east. If I was him though, I'd get someone about 6'6'' to spar with and just have him grab and hold me for 3/4 of the sparring sessions. Then hopefully they'll devise a plan to deal with Wlad's combos of jab, grab, hold, lean-on, step back, and repeat all night.

I also think they should discuss the excessive holding tactics with the ref in the dresssing room before the fight and ask him to deal with seriously.

You forgot to mention the right cross. That's the punch that's going to knock Pulev out.

He'll get stopped by KO or TKO. Too easy to hit, and Wlad will nail him over and over again with the jab.
