Kubrat Pulev is supporting his brother Tervel at the European championship in Bulgaria, while there he said he will have a press-conference in Germany this Monday and will announce his next opponent which he will fight in September

He should have fired his trainer and Sauerland and restarted with a new team -- like Povetkin did. Instead he stuck with them which IMO doesn't bode well for him.

    Why???

He did better than ANY bum's rusher since Peter 1.

He rocked Wlad repeatedly and had him real tired at the end of the 4th.

Wlad smartly relaxed and calmed himself, but Pulev halfway accomplished what he set out to do.

He was simply overpowered and outgunned.

He doesnt need to change anything. Just not go after Wlad again.

He would be wise to look into a WBC ranked fighter or a WBA ranked fighter.

He'd easily best Chaggy, Oquendo, Browne, or whoever is holding the WBA title next spring, and if he got in line for Wilder, he'd eventually get a crack at the WBC title.

He did horrible. Thompson in his fight fight vs. Wlad did MUCH better than Pulev.

Pulev did nothing but stand in front of Wlad and try to outjab him -- and horrible failed. Pulev had no gameplan at all. NONE.

Thompson was never really in either fight, Pulev was a live threat.

Btw how he can go after Wilder for example once he has no ranking there? Also why he does not have and how he can get ranking?
Sorry for the stupid questions but i can't understand how someone appears in some rankings but not in others and how he can suddenly appears?:)
also is there any strict formula of: for example you beat number 2 in ranking so u get this much points or so? or u take his place?::) Ty vm guys

He can beat any top 20 WBC ranked fighter and pretty much crack the top 15.

And with his overall resume, I wouldnt doubt a win over a top 15 WBC ranked fighter, even a lower ranked one, would probably put him in the top 5. :think

Did you watch the same fight as the rest of us? Pulev was way out of his depth and did nothing...he was an easy KO win for Wlad...he wasn't really remotely competitive. Jennings did much better!

In terms of troubling Wlad, Jennings was non existent.

How, by using lateral head movement, the high guard to get inside and force clinches while he banged away at Wlads body.

Pulev rocked Wlad several times each round.

Jennings never so much as made Wlad flinch.:huh:huh:huh

Well Pulev got destroyed by Klitschko, I think David Haye / Bryant Jennings have had the most success against Klitschko since Peter . . . . Funny though arguing who gave the champ the tougher fight despite all losing.

But back to Pulev, theres a few good fights he could get back into against

Tony Thompson is coming off another big win against Odlanier Solis

Carlos Takam is coming off 2 wins since povetkin including a stoppage over a shot Sprott

Erken Teper exploded onto the scene in destroying David Price

Bryant Jennings is another big ask, especially as I doubt hed travel

Then of course Finally there is the big man himself, the WBA regular champion and white european clone of mike tyson . . . . . RUSLAN CHAGAEV

Saying that a tune up bout is more than likely coming off a big KO loss. best of luck to Pulev

    He already beat Tony thompson.
Takam is too dangerious i think:)
I would like to see match against Teper .
Jennings would not take this match for sure;)

His trainer said Wlad is unbeatable and they will move on with the rest of the division. So I expect Pulev to climb the rankings back up and challenge anyone but Wlad which is smart.
