More information about Pulev’s fight: The Bulgarian champion could be part of big event in May/June in Chicago. Details are expected in the coming weeks.

“I was discussing with my team a Tomasz Adamek fight in Chicago, but he has a commitment to fight on April 21 in Poland and it would be to close for him to commit to our possible dates in May/June,” revealed Pulev.

Tomasz Adamek. Sam Peter. Kevin Johnson. Maurice Harris.

    Does Pulev know it's 2018, not 2008?

Luckily for him, the WBA thinks it's 2008, too.

Look for Pulev to challenge the winner of Oquendo-Charr, which is the card Pulev is trying to get on if he can find a former contender to face.

Pulev is irrelevant now. Wlad traumatized him.

Pulev is a solid HW but he's turned into such a *****. Still can't believe he passed on that AJ payday.

Bully type move from Pulev. The guy keeps wanting to fight has-beens.

Pulev could've had the upcoming date with Anthony Joshua but turned it down.

Now he's trying to get in the "Fres Oquendo Sweepstakes."

Pulev should just hire the manufacturer that makes WBA belts to make him one, so he can walk around wearing one and retire.

Whatever desire he once had is clearly gone.

Pulev was ruined by Wlad. He now goes the Wilder route for opposition. Sad

When Adamek was in his 30s he didn't want to fight Pulev in an eliminator.

Why did Pulev think a 40-something Adamek would want to fight him on an undercard bout?

I sense a pattern here. Adamek. Johnson. Peter. Chisora. With the goal of Charr.

Maybe Pulev is going after former Vitali Klitschko opponents?

What's Odlanier Solis up to these days?

    (Other than about 400 lbs ... BA-DA-BOOM!!!)

My money's on Albert Sosnowski. (And I'm only half kidding.)

I forgot about Danny Williams. He recently won a four-rounder.

Sosnowski or Williams the likely frontrunners.

Never got the hype around Pulev. His biggest claim to fame was being easily destroyed by a shot Wlad. He's Malik Scott level no more no less.

All of his good wins are against old or shot opponents.

Chisora - Was shot for several years before fighting Pulev

Peter - Been shot since 2008.

Thompson - the 2nd Wlad fight destroyed whatever he had left.

He had a chance to redeem himself by fighting Joshua, but he backed out. Now he's trying to fight Adamek, who was a top fighter back in 2012, but in 2018 he's over 40 and shot.
