Would, but not by much. Dimitrenko, Ustinov and Thompson are better than anyone Chisora has beaten IMO, but Chisora has fought stiffer foes, in Fury, Haye and Klitschko all of which have beaten him

 

Chisora did some good work towards the end of the round.
