    Thompson is jerking away from the Pulev left jab and shuffling to his right, hands down. Pulev steps in and slopes a jab up Thompson's brow. Pulev is springing in and out with the jab, avoiding Thompson's. Right hand by Pulev, finding Thompson from outside. Thompson flicks some right jabs out from his navel into the air. Pulev darts in and out, carefully keeping out of reach of the jab and only throwing quick lightning strike left jabs when Thompson is moving backwards. Right hand by Pulev, deflected as Thompson lifts his left arm backing into the ropes. Right jabs by Thompson. Pulev rushes in with a right hand and they clinch,.

    Thompson is getting driven back to the ropes by Pulev's increasing use of the 1-2. Pulev is still waving the left around, stirring an invisible drink with it, but following more often with the quick and unpredictable right sheathed on the far side of his chest. Thompson is becoming more cautious and not jabbing as much. Pulev jabs Thompson into the ropes and lands an overhand right at the bell.

    All squared up.

    The jab's becoming effective at keeping Thomspon at bay. If Pulev keeps the pace up, Tony can't keep up offensively.

    4-2 Pulev......finally starting to assert himself.

    Thompson started better, almost as much fire as he had in the second Price fight, but Pulev fought well off the backfoot early and rallied throughout the rd
