Let's say Pulev has a contract to undergo testing for bowel cancer. Then he will complain to Wlad to undergo the same testing? In order to "create a fair and level playing field"?

No one cares what testing Pulev undergoes because he doesn't write the rules. What you don't understand is that Pulev is in no position to make demands. I commend Pulev's intentions. He should realize a few things:

- it's not a level playing field. He's a mandatory challenger, not more.
- he should concentrate on preparation, not on whining and complaining
- once he becomes he becomes lineal HW champion of the world he can dictate testing procedures for his future fights

That's how simple it is.

 

Pulev signed upto an olympic athlete type doping programme and people here call that 'shitty'? Given the history of athletics it is clearly necessary and anything that isnt as comprehensive as such testing for an athlete in any sport could perhaps be called shitty-not a more extensive programme than most do??

You guys are defending Wlad and criticising Pulev yet Pulev has more testing than Wlad??

I just don't understand how's shitty contract that Pulev has is a Wlad's problem ? Wlad is being tested after the fight just like most boxers around the world . So if maidana signed a contract to be tested twice per day , do you think floyd would allow them to test him twice per day, because that would be fair , right? Bottom line is Wlad is being tested just like most boxers around the world and pulev is under shitty contract , but that's not a klitchko problem and who is Pulev to tell Wlad when to take a test?

 

I'm 100% certain if Pulev went to a limey land to fight Gaye or some other limey boxer, ******s like dr.mo would defend Gaye by calling pulevs demands ridiculous. If pulev wants everybody to take tests like he's taking he should just take a different route and try to make it mandatory for all athletes from all around the world, until then everybody will be operating under current wada rules.

What's suspicious about Wlad's physique? He looks like any random Olympic decathlon, 100m sprint or high-jumping competitor -- Who all undergo Olympic style drug testing. We had these threads a million times.

No one needs PEDs to achieve Lennox Lewis, Wlads or any other HWs physique. You realize most boxers who were caught for PEDs had very unsuspecting physiques (Botha, Toney) -- yet guys like yourself always bring up Wlad's physique up as evidence he's suspicious :rofl

Pulev *VOLUNTARILY* signed a contract placing him a strict Olympic style drug testing regime for the next couple of years, well knowing he can't enforce the same type of testing on his opponents. He *KNEW* he is placing himself at a disadvantage with the type of contract he signed, yet he has the nerve to come to a press conference and complain about the contract he signed?

It isn't normal for a HW of Wlad's age to be that big & lean without a little hormonal help & it isn't just his physique that's suspicious.

High jumpers don't train the same way as 100m sprinters do nor the same way as athletic gymnastic athletes do, yet their physiques (at least on a bodyfat percentage level) are 99% identical. Yet you single out boxing as being "not the same"? It doesn't have to be the 'same' to yield similar results. I guess that doesn't make sense to you does it?

Case in point: Firat Arslan is with Sauerland as well, he is 41+, undergoing random drug testing since years. Look at his physique and tell me he's juicing.

Does he come from a culture & a family with a history of steroid abuse?

Arslan also agreed to full random testing, something Wlad has refused to do for years.

Yes, Arslan is incredibly strong and powerful. He has insane stamina, outworking a 15 year younger champion over 12 rounds. Yes, Arslan could easily put on weight in camp if he was campaigning at HW. Yes, Arslan is Turkish, the biggest black market for Anabolic steroids in continental Europe.

You realize Arslan is 44 (!) years old -- a full 6 years older than Wlad. Yet you talk about Wlad's 'advanced age' :rofl
