1. Dimmitrenko, Ustinov and Tony Thompson were all top 10 when they fought. Ustinov may have been on the fringe but was a solid trio of wins. 2. Pulev gave it a good go, but I agree it was one sided. Wlad was clearly on the slide after Pulev, which was probably his last "great" performance. 3. Recently he's beat Chisora (not top 10 but good win regardless) and Hughie Fury (was top 10 when they fought.) 4. Not the fairest comparison - and he didn't almost win a title, he had Wilder hurt, couldn't finish him, big woop. Pulev fought the most dominant champion of the last 10 years in any weight class. Whyte has never fought for a world title.
Pulev is nothing. Dinu was stopped by a 400 pound Big Baby Miller in his last fight. His confidence was shot, and he still managed to hurt Pulev. just shows u how crappy his defense is. He can't hang with anyone. He couldn't even KO Hughie Fury!!!! hahahahaha
You're wrong. None of those guys were top 10 except for maybe Thompson, which would've been for exposing Price and not actually for beating a good fighter. What I said stands. Ortiz also was winning against Wilder if you actually watched the fight.
why is it end of word when your argument is fundamentally flawed, people who get into med school for starters are in the top 10%. once again another fail, no wonder you wanted to run away form it once u wrote it! now once you've got over your error, let me know which med school you "know" that i dropped out of. if u dont, then thats another fail by you.
I thought it was a very entertaining fight. That said, it was more about Dinu having ZERO heart than anything Pulev did. Like he did in the Miller fight, Dinu started strong. But the moment his opponent started putting on pressure, Dinu folded. Pulev didn't even hit him when Dinu went down the last time. The punches missed, but Dinu collapsed. Dinu is a classic "fall guy" in the "Fainting Phil Scott" mode.
It was about Pulev, slightly past his prime, suffering a bad cut not likely to last the distance sucking it up and turning the tides with nothing less than his #1 as a contender in jeopardy. His opponent became overwhelmed, but the reason for that is Pulev went for broke.
