He's formanish and I have a feeling that good boxers like Wlad or Vitali will keep away from him.

Sure, he can be a titlist, but he has too many flaws to be dominant. I do like him though.

I like the guy but he appears to fight at the level of his opponent, and that is dangerous.

He could win a belt but being THE champion? I doubt it.

He's a good boxer, he definitely coul win one of those title but let's see what he'll do against Dimitrenko, I think he'll win.

I do like his wife though. :hat

He aways had problems with the sparring in Bulgaria as he can practically only spar his brother. Tarvel Pulev is also a pretty good heavy. I wonder if he trains all the time in Bulgaria or he goes to Germany to get some good sparing...

He is too lethargic and flat footed to become a dominant force, but he might beat Dimitrenko.

  9. I am the boxing guru and I know everything about boxing. Which is why it is beyond shocking that I have no F U C K I N G idea who any of the guys mentioned in this thread are.

Some boxing guru you are. How can you not know who Alexander Dimitrenko, Kubrat Pulev are?

  12. Guru was joking. But on a more serious note. Anthony Joshua is the next big thing. My cousin was at a restaurant and saw him punch holes through walls. This guy is a beast and if you want to put stock money into the next HW superstar. It's him. He's 6'5, athletic build like a Male Adonis, gifted and a natural super HW. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ABOUT ANTHONY JOSHUA that will make him the next super star of the HW Division though is this. It starts with a B. THE WORD starts with a B. Can you guess what it is? He's B

British. He's british. That is what will make him a legit superstar, The Brits these days easily get on bandwagons a lot faster then the 90's and 80's. Look at Amir Khan packing 11000 with a **** pot resume. Joshua with the right hype machine and the right manager will be massive

Probably be able to tell if he really has some potential or if he just hasn't fought anyone from the Dimitrenko fight.

Yeah, Dimitrenko is no walk-over. . . He's a little slow, and awkward when compared to the Klitschkos, but he's got some pop in his punches, and hopefully he's learned from the Chambers fight. . . He had trouble dealing with the inside pressure. . . Chambers is very underrated, though, and is probably one of the fastest HW's around right now. I'm surprised they are matching him up with a guy like Dimitrenko now.

I haven't seen too much of Kubrat, but he seems to punch like a damn mule, and be very technically proficient. . .

I still got high hopes for Abdusalamov, despite eating A LOT of punches from a bloated bum in his last fight. . . I say match them up next!

Lol I can find a lot of drunken brutes in my local watering hole on a Saturday night who could punch holes in walls. . . And looks/physique don't have much to do with boxing. It's an indication he stays in good shape, I suppose, which could be somewhat telling. . . If you simply meant it will be easier to promote and market him, then you are correct.

Amir Khan won a silver medal for England at the olympics when he was what? 17? He's the only guy to shutout Kotelnik. . He holds wins over Kotelnik, Maidana (what a WAR! FOTY!), Judah, 'Closkey, and Malignaggi - not bad for how long he's been in the game. . . *oh yeah, he really beat Petey Boy 8 rounds to 4, and will soon redeem that on neutral territory.

I'm a yank, but I'm a really big fan of Khan (long before he got KO'd, or came to USA). . . What type of pedigree does this guy have? I actually got more faith in my british brethren than simply hopping on a band wagon due to nationality; if anything, brits are some of the most fair fans in the world when it comes to gauging talent, homegrown roots notwithstanding. They might show support, but they'll keep it real in regards to his potential along the way.
