Helenius is suspended IIRC. Ortiz is one I wouldn't mind either, but little chance of those two fighting unless it's an eliminator.

Pulev is 42, Ortiz officially 44. They're not winning any titles now and are fighting for money. They may as well fight each other for a somewhat decent payday rather than a journeyman. It would be an interesting fight: Ortiz was getting dropped by Martin's jab two years ago but power is the last thing to go and Ortiz has much more of it. Loser retires, winner fights Helenius when he returns. Chisora vs Charr is also one I'd like to see.

Pulev vs Povetkin was a fight I always wanted to see unfortunately Povetkin decided to call it a day after his fights with Dillian Whyte

I think the last time that fight would have been meaningful was 2019 as Povetkin was completely finished post-Whyte 1. I sense it would have come down to officiating; how much holding do they let Pulev get away with.

Yeah I honestly think the styles wouldn't make for a great fight, Povetkin would be coming in low and Pulev would counter that with clinching.

Personally, I don't see the point in these 4+ fighting each other. Charr/Chisora perhaps is ok.

I think financially they're better off selling their name, cashing out against a rising prospect, or someone fringe top 10 looking to keep busy and keep their profile up.

I like those potential fights because all of the fighters are similarly well past their past. The likes of Hrgovic and Zhang would almost certainly destroy them, which I don't find interesting.

I understand ... but I was thinking more along the lines of Anderson/Sanchez/Jalolov/Wardley ..... Huni maybe.

I'd prefer those guys fight each other. Hrgovic vs Sanchez would be a tasty matchup for instance, instead we get Hrgovic vs De Mori and Sanchez vs Fa. I don't know if they'd put some of those prospects in with Ortiz either.

Pulev will probably be Jared Anderson's next opponent. And I'm not joking. Why else would he fight in the USA? I mean if Cobra wants a real farewell fight, he could probably still pack 12K fans in the Arena Armec in Sofia.

I doubt it , don't think he wants to be a stepping stone .
