Anthony Joshua’s resume continues to age terribly.

    Good shout mate!.

I always like and respected Don Charles's decency and honest sincerity.

And his patience ...........it's saint wise!

As much as a big fan of Chisora that I am. I can well imagine as his trainer Del can be very testing at times ;) He is what he is.

I think then both Del & Don made a good team. They both owe each other for early career success.

EDIT: Here is Don after the fight. True to his nature again.

its a gamble for sure. But for all we know wilder might be shot to bits himself. If chisora somehow can manage to not get knocked out in the first 4 rounds... maybe juts maybe. I know its not likely but you never know in boxing

I knew it would be a closer fight with pulev this time because of the age. Pulev is still a high class operator though. Chisora to bring him into deep waters is highely impressive. Can chisora produce another fight like that? or did he give all he had left tonight thats the question.

As a big long time Chisora fan I hope he now calls it a day. He has made good money now with all his previous ppv fights and really should call it a day. He's finished a long run of losses ( some of which he was unlucky on the score cards) with a close but genuine win tonight imo.

But 'Del's' Del isn't he?. He'll do exactly what he pleases.

I'd really rather see Wilder vs Whyte. I doubt Wilder has lost enough to lose to Chisora unless (and perhaps even if) he eats those first few winging overhand rights Chisora throws. Usually that level of instant-shot requires lifestyle problems and/or big weight cuts. It's HW boxing though.

There's a lot of distance between Fury on the best night of his life, a form that will live on in H2H fantasy fight infamy for decades, and Chisora.

Pulev, however, may be the ripest cherry for an up and coming fighter ever seen. Recently went 9 rounds with the champ, has all kinds of sophistication, recent OK win in Forrest, but proven to have lost his sting and (if your prospect is a physical beast) if their boxing comes up short then they can just hammer the door down.

Someone like Dubois or Anderson should be jumping on this.

You can take the first ten beers when he's likable, I'll take over for the second when it gets weird, but we both better clear out before the third act.

Losing to Wallin would be a problem for Chisora. He should stick to old timers or heavily hyped prospects. Helenius works.

It's the way boxing should be scored, and is part of British boxing scoring rules. Sometimes it's impossible to split the fighters in a round, so a 10-10 is the correct score.

Yeah, right. Tell me 10 fights where there were 2 rounds scored 10-10

I only saw the final two rounds of this live, so I was pretty skeptical that Chisora had won based on how those looked.

But no, I'm definitely good with the decision based on what happened.

The refereeing was something else though. They could have had Chisora's trainer do it and they might have had a more balanced approach.

I gotta give Pulev some credit for defending himself and getting revenge to set boundaries without doing anything heinous.

One could probably find 10 this year. It's normal in Britain except when they do major world titles (which this wasn't).

I didn't even know that Chisora was fighting, I see the fight was close did Chisora deserve to win ? Fair play to Chisora though hes got more lives than a cat. Just when you think his career is coming to an end, he surprises you with a good performance or a decent win. I never liked Chisora in his early career but I've warmed to him in recent years, hes a crazy SOB but I do find him entertaining inside and outside the ring.

    the referee was disgusting.

I dont like what they do in UK (and many other places) with the judges either.

    1 judge from fighterA's country
    1 judge from fighterB's country
    1 judge from anywhere

It is exactly the same has having only 1 judge to judge the fight. That's not only unfair, but stupid too. None of the 3 judges should come from any fighter's country. That's how it should be, so that you can have 3 judges instead of 1.
