the russian is 15-0 15 ko's. never seen him fight, is he a title threat? or a protected hype job? does Juan Carlos have anything left in the tank? any american tv?
CST did one of his prospect threads on the Kid. Hold on.... http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=518141 There we go. CST80s threads are actually becoming quite a useful resource and I encourage anyone to bump them or at least give the kid props for his work. Watch some of Kudrayshevs footage - the guy can obviously bang (and if you've got sound you can goddamn hear how brutal some of those punches are) and seems to be not without skill. Certainly one to watch. Protected? Nah.. he's not quite reached that level yet - he's been destroying local and regional level guys, but is just reaching the level at which both promoters and fans will find out whether he's more than just a big hitter.
Great post Koba and very true. I read in another thread the other day somebody calling him but as you say his threads are becoming of legend on ESB.
Odin and Koba thanks for the compliments. I think The Russian Hammer is the real deal, his punches sound like gunshots going off, he brutally stopped Mwekassa in 1 which was a decent test for him and he steamrolled him. He may have a harder time stopping Gomez but I think he'll be the second EE guy to stop him after Vitali of course.
He has power and some boxing skills,he can pressure well, chin looks good as well. But he has little speed and stamina for 8 rounds. He can be contender.
