Why does he deserve it ?

If i went to work every day, but fell out with my boss. Then it was time for the Christmas party and i got invited to the party but wasnt invited to my bosses house for an after party, i wouldnt be saying OOOOO i deserve to go ive came to work every day blah blah

Thats all Kugan does, he goes to work, does his job for money and gets his money. He fell on the wrong side of a big player in the event who didnt want him personally at the interviews. He was still at the actual event and his partner was allowed to the post fight interviews

I dont see a problem, if you upset someone they dont tend to try to help you out or invite you to events

I think people are letting their own personal dislike of Kugan Cassius and the IFLTV model to cloud their opinion on this.
What Boente did is worse than anything you can put in Kugan. If Kugan is rubbish, you have a right to say so and don't watch him. We all have a right to call him out on bias and shoddy journalism. Boente has that right too.
But Kugan has a wide audience and hundreds of people in British boxing game willing to talk to him, so Boente should accept that as being the case for Kugan's seat in the media area.

    He doesnt DESERVE anything

James stil got to go and his ifl company was there and being represented. If Bonte wanted to be a ***** he could have banned IFL but he didnt he just got rid of the guy he didnt like which is Kugan, thats fine....

Im sure Kugan will be happy with his $5000 + dollars he made from youtube that week, not to mention his sponsors on top of that PLUS whatever he gets from matchroom and boxnation

I wouldnt be crying too hard for Kugan just because he wasnt able to ask some questions himself at a single post fight media thing

Kugan didn't ask to go to Boente's house for an after party.

Neither did the guy in my scenario

The boss said he wasnt welcome because he personally didnt like him

Exactly the same with Kugan, he still got to go to the main party, but at the after event he was told he wasnt welcome

    No problems there

all I know is the fans are the one's who missed out, looked at IFL channel past couple days expecting it to be flooded with interviews and analysis...next to nothing.

Couldn't give a toss about Boente or Kugan's feelings! fans are the one's who missed out, immense night one of the nights of the year and no behind the scenes interviews etc
    Boente's a ****

I couldn't care less about Kugan and his money.
The point is he works full-time on the British boxing media, and he was barred from working the biggest fight.

It's funny, you criticize Kugan for kissing Matchroom's arse and being a lapdog, but you then defend the right of a promoter (Boente) to bar a reporter for "upsetting" the promoter.
It's a contradiction. You'll basically saying perhaps Kugan should have kissed Boente's arse more.

Ok so he was barred from working, but still got paid full wages (ifl still allowed there) and he still got to go to the party (biggest fight card in British histoy) for free

And youre making a topic crying for him, poor Kugan eh, what a rough time hes had lol

No it isnt a contradiction, he got banned for apparently being unprofessional and biased. So again, no im not saying he should have kissed Bontes arse, im saying maybe he should have considered being impartial like a good media outlet and then he would have been granted the same rights as the rest of the professional unbiased news reporters (including his own sidekick)

    Exactly what I'm saying.
Kugan's personal feelings on the matter don't interest me either. He puts the work in on the channel, has a wide audience, and therefore should be there to work the fight.

    What should we do guys

Should we send a care package to Kugan, with some flowers, chocolates and a get well soon card then have a dirty protest until we get a full apology from Bonte

Taking away Kugans right to hear himself ask questions instead of other media reporters, my god, the travesty

    Lets go men

Lets sh!t ourselves on the count of 3

I love IFL tv. It's a fantastic medium between the fighters, trainers, promoters and the boxing fans.

I don't like any media being banned. Censorship is a bad thing

I'm not "crying for poor Kugan". You're missing the point.
The topic is about Boente barring a full-time British reporter from working the AJ-Klit fight. A reporter with a wide audience.
Boente couldn't stomach one guy he doesn't like doing his job. Whether Kugan does that job badly or well is up for his audience to decide.

Most of the boxing media are sometimes "unprofessional" and most often biased. In all news media it is the same.
It seems to me Boente has developed some sort of vindictive vendetta. He wouldn't be the first manager in boxing to do so.

I love kugan, but they are pally with british fighters to the point of friends and it is a bit unpro if you are a klitschko...I can see it perfectly. Plus take the lad element out of it and they can be quite shite interviewers

It was one person, one time ever, and for a reason

Hearn gave the all clear on it too. Its hardly as if they would have said Wlad wont fight if Kugan is allowed post fight. He would have floated the idea to Eddie and explained why he wasnt happy and Eddie would have weighed it up and concurred. Im sure Eddie could have got Kugan access if he wanted to

End of the day, IFL were there. Kugan wasnt, no great loss to humanity

Bonte was fine with it, Eddie was fine with it, im fine with that

    Thats all that matters
