Scoby fights like he’s looking to smash someone through a wall. Will be curious to see how he looks when those big ass muscles have to start sucking on oxygen in a 7th or 8th round.

Good call by the judges, no matter how much Algieri and that pudgy little dweeb blew smoke up Powell's ass, he simply wasn't doing close to enough to win most of these rounds. I had it 79-73 McCalman for the record.

I'm not expecting Carmona to offer much resistance to Scoby, who's probably one of my favorite new prospects that the US has to offer.

@Pimp C Kurt Scoby is an American fighter you should hop on the bandwagon of. The guy is a straight up battering ram.

Scoby is all action right from the bell. It will take a hard man or a good boxer to fend this guy off in the first 5 rounds of fights.

    Round 1 Scoby 10-9

Carmona long and rangy, trying to box off of the backfoot, walked Scoby into a few clean lefts. But the looping left hooks and lunging straight rights from Scoby easily win him the opening round.

    Round 1 Scoby 10-9
    Round 2 Scoby 10-9

Scoby pouring on the pressure early, lands heavy uppercut, Carmona takes it well, but he was shook. Scoby leaps in with a thudding right to the head. Carmona now pressing forward, throwing but missing. Scoby clipping him with rights here and there. Carmona not throwing or landing much.
