This surely will be a closure if we remember how the 1st fight ended. I still pick Kuzmin by late KO.

Both were tentative and pretty terrible in their actual fight. Interesting on paper but I can't help but be skeptical after seeing them fight the first time.

I'm for closure but can't say I'm super excited, last time it wasn't exactly a memorable HW thrillride while it lasted. :nusenuse:

I think it would've eventually heated up, I'm looking forward to the rematch.

I think Mansour might be getting that age where he has real problems letting punches go and setting any kind of a winning pace in fights. The man is old, fantastic condition and low mileage or not. A guy like him can't sit back waiting for the perfect shot all night.

That and I don't think Kuzmin is the bastion of spectacularly exciting and skillful artistry we got sold on when he debuted. I've seen him a few times outside Mansour I, and...meh.

Rooting for Mansour but it'd be a miracle if he won. I feel this is Mansour's last stand

Yeah I'm going to have to agree with you. I'd love for there to be a heavyweight destroyer cruising around in our midst but I don't think it's to be. Mansour is of that age where really, Kuzmin should have been able to make some kind of statement against him the first time around, none the less what we got... a whole lot of nothing.

But it's not Kuzmin's fault or Mansour's fault.

The anticlimax isn't. Everything before that kind of is.

I think this isn't a great fight in terms of the major ranking organizations but it is great fight exposure wise for Kuzmin.

Mansour isn't ranked by the WBC. Kuzmin is, he is ranked at 21st by the WBC.

Mansour was winning the first fight, but he is really old now. Kuzmin is nothing special, hope Amir can pull this off

Mansour will be rusty as hell, at least Kuzmin had a 1 fight in between. Right now, I pick Kuzmin by 70/30 chance.
