Basically Rojas landed some decent shots on Mikey but never hurt him or moved him. Mikey was very accurate and his power was bothering Rojas a lot who was getting KD'd left and right. Then Rojas became more "excited" with more movement throwing some wild shots and trying his hardest not to get hit, he landed some of those but kept getting hit and knocked down and quit.

They just showed the replay in slow motion, and yes, there was a slight almost imperceptible head-shake from Rojas as Claudio was grabbing his wrists and checking responsiveness. As in, "No" in response to Claudio asking if he wanted to continue.

So yeah, he did quit - but only after getting up from his fourth brutal knockdown from a formerly (and probably soon to be again) p4p ranked fighter. No real shame in that. He gave it his all, but was just clearly outclassed.

I think Paulie's onto something when he says Rojas could be a factor at 130lbs...or be in some competitive fights with world level guys in that division at any rate. He was overpowered, but still managed to show he's got something left in the tank.

    Nope.

Another fight to get back in the swing of things, and I'd love to see Mikey vs Bud(if he moves up)

Mikey vs Loma if he sticks to 135 is a dream fight

He shook his head to the ref like he didn't want anymore. Can't blame him.
