Why do the degenerates on this board always want to ***** over cfs nationality.

    https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/articles/about-northern-ireland

Read this link. The good friday agreement allows n.ireland population to consider themselves as irish british or both. Its a unique situation based on the agreement following the troubles. I really wish the a graders on this board would leave that issue out of the cf discussion.its childish and shows a distinct lack of grey matter.

Ps loving scott gilfoids articles on the main page. Laughable.

Dumb question but what did Frampton mean when he said that the win meant that he "won't have to buy a pint for the next 20 years"?

I'm trying to figure out what he meant by that.

Pint usually refers to a glass of beer.

Probably joking that he'll get treated at the pub for his achievement (2x NI champion)

Ah ok got it and thanks. I knew pint meant beer but wasn't sure why he said he won't have to pay for it. Thanks again :)

Because the people of Ireland will view him as a legend and will insist on buying him a beer whenever he steps into a pub.

Yeah,as litmus tests go,if you can handle the size and strength of LSC there aren't many featherweight that are going to bully you on those merits.

Frampton fought a great fight in terms of skill and action.

It was the perfect debut for him.

In his huge fight against Quigg, because he broke his jaw early on he was able to control tempo and distance very easily. So whilst he demonstrated a great skill set it wasn't an all action performance.

Against LSC he was facing a bigger opponent who throws none stop who was able to force exchanges and back him up.

Winning a fight like that will only increase his fan base. He has been accused of cruising fight before now but no one will care about that.

A fight v Selby is a horrible style clash for him. Hello be facing a bigger slicker guy with better timing. He'll have to be the aggressor imo which will again lead to a good action fight.

A fight v Russell will have him being the slower guy so again he'll have to try to force the action.

I really think he's the best FW in the world today and he has some huge fights now. His next 3 could well be

    Selby in Belfast
    Russell in Vegas
    Quigg in Belfast.

I don't see his career going on much longer than that tbh.

No, you imbecilic twit, they're not.

    But they're all KOREAN.

    Get it.

Everyone born in Seoul is Korean. Not Japanese, nor Chinese, ....Korean.

Just like everybody born in Belfast, or Derry, or any other part of Ireland is IRISH.

    You got that right !

BTW, did they play GSTQ or DANNY BOY before the fight? :yep

I have respect for Frampton, he was the smaller man and outboxed LSC when he could, but he owes LSC that rematch. LSC was outworking Frampton in the 2nd half 114-114 was how I saw it.

I had it for Frampton but I would not mind a rematch alot of the rounds were close thhough mainly in the second half of the fight. From what I recently read LSC may have had a rematch clause in the contract so lets hope it happens again. I doubt it is as crazy as the first fight though.

Frampton's footwork is superb. It's not showy, but he has nearly absolute control over distance.

You can score every round of a match for one guy no matter how competitive it may appear to be, if that one guy does just a little bit better in each of the rounds, it might be his accuracy, it might be his volume, it might be the impact of his shots, even if its only by a smidge, he can edge them all.
