i got given lester ellis book around chrissy and only got round 2 reading it the other day...it was ok...1 of the things that struck me was he said he sparred "chapo" rosario and knocked him out in 2...can any1 confirm this or at least maybe even if they just heard a rumour...i was pretty young and dont remmember hearing or reading anything about it...thanx...

after he won the commonwealth light welter belt against tony laing they went 2 new york and couldnt get a fight...they flew 2 puerto rico after new york 2 c if they could get a fight and it was here that lester says he sparred rosario and knocked him out in 2 as he puts it...rosario was a damn good fighter the only 2 fighters that have a winning ledger against him are j.c chavez and camacho...the other losses he was 1-1 with the guys who beat him...anyways page 99 of his book if you wnna read that bit...
That sort of stuff happens in the gyms all the time though, so it wouldn't surprise me. I know for a fact Peden stopped Gatti with a body rip and belted MAB all over while he was training for Morales. People have off days. Maybe he caught El Chapo on one of them.

yeh it does, but it also indicates why the called him bomber peden, he was a puncher, just ask the galaxy warrior he experienced it twice..... shame he dropped alot after that fight but atleast he would of got a good payday from his fight with mab, not many people will claim they got a chance to fight an atg.... on the lester story ive heard he was a fukn awesome fighter, like a hungry animal in the wild, however i have never seen him fight.... what fight should i try find that shows him at his best??
