i labour during the day starting at 6 finishing at 3 i get little break during the day and bust a gut for most of the day , when i get home im ****ed so i train every other day , would you guys still train everyday or is every other day enough ? ( the work is shovelling , lifting logs etc )
In the summer I work in manual labour and still train most days. recovery is just as trainable as any other aspect of your body. Make sure you eat well and get enough sleep and there is no reason you can't train as often as you like. Just make sure you know your limits, some soreness is ok but extreme muscle soreness/pain/swelling or feeling weak you should probably skip training for a couple of days.
