i consistently get a lactic acid build up particuarly in my jabbing arm. whats the best way to combat that? is it simply when training to keep/increase the punch numbers to build the shoudler up more.
Do lots of anarobic training to build up your lactid acid threshold, so say do 2 minutes light on the bag then 30 seconds to a 1 minute all out, or even interval running is really good for building up your lactid threshold
