lactic acid

    i consistently get a lactic acid build up particuarly in my jabbing arm. whats the best way to combat that? is it simply when training to keep/increase the punch numbers to build the shoudler up more.

    yes an do exercises involving the muscle were the lactic acid builds up

    Do lots of anarobic training to build up your lactid acid threshold,

    so say do 2 minutes light on the bag then 30 seconds to a 1 minute all out, or even interval running is really good for building up your lactid threshold

    Rocky Marciano didn't know anything about lactic acid. Why are you worried about it?

    creatine delays lactic acid. also makes you shite rings around yourself though
