lacy vs manfredo on dec 8

Both are overrated ...heres to hoping for a rare double K.O.

 

Very nice, at least a good fight on the undercard for Mayweather/Hatton unlike previous Mayweather events(Baldomir/DLH).

 

How is Lacy overrated?, if you're talking about the talks about him before the Calzaghe fight then I agree but right now everyone knows that Lacy is a big puncher with a decent chin(Sadly, after the Calzaghe fight, before it was safe to say it's iron) and limited skills, nothing overrated there. Manfredo isn't overrated either, as a matter of fact I don't remember him being overrated ever in his career, everyone knows that he's a limited fighter at best and is still improving. At this point, BOTH fighters have a chance to win, my heart is with Lacy of course but he has been inactive for too long and anything is possible.

 

C'mon double KO!!!! I think getting a TV date on a major ppv against a reality show hype job after getting completely molested in you're last fight means he's overrated. It's just my opinion...feel free to argue though, maybe I'm wrong and he will prove me so after this fight.

 

Lacy KO would kick ass.

 

Lacy's chin is iron.

Most others don't finish that fight.

The knockdown was a result of fatigue, and a sustained beating.

I think Lacy will outclass Manfredo, but it is hard to tell.

Jeff took a beating in his last two fights, the second one because of the early injury.

Does he recover, and start his run to another title shot, or does Manfredo win because Lacy has lost a little and has been inactive?

I'm a big Lacy fan, so I hope it's the former.

For those saying Lacy is overrated, get a clue. Most have written him off since the Calzaghe fight.

I'll agree he was overrated before the Joe fight, but I'd like to believe Joe is in a class by himself in the SMW division.

This coming from someone who isn't a Calzaghe fan.

 

This is a good chance for Lacey to get back on the path to redemption after letting his country down against Calzaghe.

 

I'm a huge Lacy fan myself but seriously, I just CAN'T see how he'll be able to take shots like he used to after the brutal beating against Calzaghe. I really hope he didn't get affected by it but it's hard to imagine for me at least.
