Yup, hard to argue against it.

 

Of course it does your right. But system is a joke, more drugs in jail for drug addicts than on streets. If people are to get sentenced for drug induced crimes should have residential secure units that have around the clock therapy, and treatments to get them of the drugs, because whilst on hard drugs they will always reoffend. It's like giving a drug addict a nice new built housing association house they will only wreck it, better spending money getting them of what makes them do such things.
