Fight is set. Oquendo is also scheduled to fight on the undercard but the opponent isn't announced yet.

I didn't know Seldon was still active... Brewster should take it by knockout, at any point but especially now.

Why is Seldon still fighting? Can't he see he doesn't have it anymore?

Prime to Prime Seldon could have outboxed Brewster, but not anymore.

    Brewster KO 2

Like I said in the other thread, seems bizarre that Seldon would take on a good hitter like Brewster less than 3 months after losing in 5 to Kevin Johnson.

This time, at least, can't fault Seldon's balls. Could be another painful night.

Oquendo's problem is that not only does he lose focus at times, but he's got a very negative style. He was horrible against Holyfield, where just 10% more effort could've seen him get the win but he was gunshy...wonder if that Tua knockout affected him for good.

We broke this story live On the Grind, before the major boxing sites...take that ***** ass Scene...

This fight does little to show where Brewster is truly at, but as part of an overall strategy of facing inferior opponents to build Lamon's confidence up and get more rounds under his belt...it's bearable.

I don't know how any commission would let Seldon fight Brewster at this point. Getting stopped by Kevin Johnson is one thing but getting stopped by Brewster can have devastating effects.

Bruce Seldon looked in great shape against Kevin Johnson, however, Seldon has no more skills left in his 41 year old body. Seldon is now a punching bag looking to collect "Fast" cash...

I just wonder how shot-to hell Lamon Brewster is these days.... The 'Liakhovich' fight really took a lot outta Brewster.... Sergei AIN'T the same, either....:|

seldon did look great and did well the first round. i don't know that he has no skill left, but his punch resistance looked ****. being that lamon still punches harder than kingpin (tho kingpin landed some solid shots vs seldon) seldon will probably go down from the first solid punch tho it may take lamon a little while at this stage to land something good (maybe a round or so) even against seldon.

it's a shame seldon wasted a lot of years and again he looked in great shape and i was pulling for him vs kingpin. either something was wrong with seldon (it was weird the way all of sudden seldon couldn't continue) or he has absolutely no reason to be in with even b - level comp. either way at age 41, it looks like the AC express is permanently derailed.
