Weird to say, but if Peter showed up with a gameplan that involved jabbing, he'd probably win. It sucks that this fight wasn't made.
50/50 fight to me. I like Lamon a little more as a fighter but he was just so damn hittable which could spell disaster against a banger like Peter. I could see Lamon out working him for a UD but then again, Peter could crack and Lamon had some serious defensive issues.
Brewster probably hit harder than Peter and he had a devastating left hook which was a punch that Peter seemed to have no defense for. Brewster was also quicker and was a better combination puncher. He would have no trouble landing clean blows to Peters face with devastating effect. I see only one result here - Peters gets brutally and savagely knocked out.
Peter's best knockout win was against either Jeremy Williams or Oleg Maskaev. Williams got stopped a few times and Maskaev got knocked out everytime he lost. I bet on Toney to beat Peter and was so mad when they gave Peter the decision in the first fight. Brewster's best win and KO is of course against Wlad where he simply outlasted (whatever it was that happened to Wlad). I came to the thread picking Brewster easy, but Peter had moments where he was a passable boxer, like against Toney, both fights, regardless of the decisions. Brewster went life and death with Kali Meehan, so Idk. I still lean towards Brewster because I can't figure out how Peter would win. A KO seems unlikely as Brewster in his prime had a good chin. And Peter winning a decision doesn't sound right either.
