Roy Jones Jr. - Exposed cheat- Hradly any consequences

Fernando Vargas- Exposed steroid user. $200,000.00 fine 9 months suspension.
Antonio Margarito- Exposed using old pads that were later found out through microscopic observation to have contained traces of sulphur and calcium.

Everything in boxing doesn't revolve around Mayweather. Your mind is pretty screwed up if a debate about Margarito cheating ends up being about Mayweather.
