I've been saying this all year. Anyone who's actually boxed could see it easily: Margarito's punches are slow. Yes, he has leverage due to his long arms, but not enough to explain where his power came from, and we're talking ALL of his major fights pre-Mosely.

And now I say it again: Take a good look at Bute. Same thing, and he doesn't even have long arms. Imagine why he might not want to leave Canada....

 

Another thing to consider when it comes to Margarito's denials about the handwraps his his blatant bull**** explanation/apology of him and his camp when it came to the video where they were mocking Freddie Roach for having Parkinsons, he said;

He tries to come off as being all innocent but fails just like he has failed with convincing anyone (who doesn't hold a deep desire of having his nutsack on their chin) that he never used loaded wraps againt Cotto the first time round.

Yeah cool story , Margarito is an absolute disgrace and a fraud but I do agree with your previous posts about the fighting being stopped too soon, it's a shame they never allowed Cotto to smash Cheato's glass eye to bits :-(

Think most people who say he didn't cheat are ignoring this. He seriously doesn't look like he's putting a lot on his punches. First fight Cotto reacted very differently to the punches IMO.
