Lamont Peterson has obviously been overrated due to this new Matthysse hype!!

Same **** everyday here, people picked Peterson to win now he lost they are saying Peterson isnt that good
Same thing will happen with Garcia

Same thing happened with Floyd/Guerrero and will happen with Floyd/Canelo

 

No one did to Peterson what Matthysse did and no one expected him to do so either. That's why he's being highly rated and rightfully so.

Matthysse vs Peterson was supposed to be a competitive fight and like alot of the brothas here Lamont thought Lucas was overrated too. Then KAPOW! Not Khan, not Ortiz, not Bradley, not any of them did to Lamont what Lucas did. And actually Lamont looked sharper without the peds when he squashed Holt. Lamont had a condition with low testosterone so he was taking for medical reasons. I doubt Alexander, Judah, Lamont, Dallas, or Garcia think he's hype. You want to talk hype talk Broner now he's hype.

you can have a good close fight between for example floyd and canelo and then no one will say one guy is not that good, etc.

if it's a one sided affair or someone gets KO'd then obviosuly they will say that

 

Lamont has never been overhyped. he's a legit top 10 140lber. I was absolutely
shocked Lucas dispatched him like that. it was a good win. Lamont has been
caught cold before but was always able to survive.

 

Exactly what I tried to explain to Peterson fans before the fight. Tim feather fisted Bradley rocked him bad twice.

 

Garcia picked Peterson to easily beat Matthysse. Look at the fear in Garcia's eyes when Matthysse stopped him in the third round. Hopkins also picked Peterson to win and so very many on this forum picked Peterson, but after Matthysse very easily knocked him out, they are now saying that Peterson was not good. When Matthysse knocks out Garcia they will say that Garcia is not good either.
