He always has been in my opinion. Especially after that showing against Garcia. He isn't great in any department as far as punching power or defense but he's shown to be capable at fighting outside and especially on the inside. I think he's a tough fighter for anyone in 140, just as long as it's not Matthysse.

Really impressed with his defense especially. Really good at rolling with shots and picking off punches with his arms and gloves, even when he's coming forward. That roung (9th?) where it looked like Garcia was teeing off, he really wasn't landing a damn thing.
Totally agree. The guy can box and brawl really well. He has good hooks and straight shots with both hands and he goes to the body and head very well. Few guys are as versatile and technically capable as he is. Even though he loses a lot I always like watching him fight. Hope he gets into training when he's done. He'd have a lot to offer young fighters.
Cops a lot of hate because of the Khan decision and PED accusations but yeah, always been a top fighter.
