Carl Lewis failed drug tests but was allowed to compete in the 1988 olympics,

no, they should be made vacant. khan would have lost to peterson anyway due to his poor ring iq and lack of inside skills.
those pellets didnt just make peterson super human, he looked very ordinary fighting khan.

What I wanna know is did he pass a drugs test after the fight an in the build up to the fight?

I also think he should be banned if he is guilty of using PED'S but what is with all the ifs and buts! He either failed or didn't.. If he has failed he should be banned for life IMO. Don't know about giving belts back because it sounds like he passed all the testing before and after the fight..

He failed in March, in the build up to the rematch. He didn't fail in the first fight but has admitted taking the testosterone pellets in November(Month before the first fight).

Should've had them back already due to an NC anyway. There's some real foot-dragging going on with this...feels like certain people are still in denial.

That doesn't make any sense at all.:huh
He's admitted taking drugs before the first fight, surely that should render it null and void? Khans flaws as a fighter and opinions on weather he'd beat a non peds Peterson are neither here nor there.
Or are you taking the ****?

nah he lost, simple,****ing peds didn't make khan backpeddle and look like a rabbit caught in headlights.
should the belts be made vacant, yes, without a doubt, and khan fight for em again

Belts should be vacant, be nice to have WBA, IBF and WBC belts on line, the three biggest.

But I doubt there should be a no-contest.

If a fighter is found to have cheated in anyway during a fight that he then won it should be turned into a NC so that the stain it leaves on the sport can be limited. A loss to a guy who admits he was on PEDs should not count on someones record

If a fighter wins a fight on peds then it should be a no contest regardless of weather we think the drugs benefitted him or not. He cheated and should not profit from it. Declare the fight a no contest, strip him of his belts and ban him for two years. I can't see why people are failing to grasp this rather simple concept.
Ben Johnson was stripped of his Olympic title so why not Peterson?

If the NC logic is right, so many fights would be declared that!

    Jones Jnr, Toney, Moseley?
