    Peterson is not better technically.

Peterson is just taller and has a longer reach which will force Bradley to be the aggressor, but that doesn't mean he's better technically.

If a guy is the aggressor, that doesn't automatically mean he's not good technically.

And Bradley does do more that the majority of pressure fighters because he uses angles and headmovement, and an educated jab to set up his attack.

He closes the distance fast, and he gives his opponent very little room to operate. He suffocates them.

His only drawback is his lack of power. If he had more power, he would be destroying people.

  2. Great head butter, too.

Then I question if you even know what technical skill is. Peterson has a good, accurate jab, keeps his hands high to block punches, and throws short, straight, accurate punches.

Bradley often loops his punches, and often times leaves himself open down the middle when he punches. He makes up for that with his quickness, and determination... but Peterson w/o question is better schooled.

And the chances of a Peterson upset are very good. I originally thought it was a 55/45 type fight in Tim's favor, now I'm thinking its like 52/48, or even 50/50.

Bet you thought Kessler was gonna get past Ward too.

    In fact you did.

That is all. Take a seat son. You're done.

Peterson is just the type of style that Bradley will excell on. He don't do nothin that Bradley hasn't seen before. Witter is a good "technical boxer" from the type of perspective you described too.

And Bradley loops his punches when he's on the inside, but he's in a position where his opponent can't usually hit him.

And sure Bradley is quick, but it's his style and his stance that allows him to get away from punches. It's called Defense.

Defense isn't just being tall. You can have defense when closing the distance too.

As did the majority of the forum. Funny how you didnt try to dispute any of my points. I'm not arguing whether or not Bradley will win... but to say he's better schooled is downright false, and shows you really dont understand what technical skills are. The Kessler-Ward fight has little to do w/this debate.

You would never win with me rookie... trust me.

Holt exposed how leaky Bradley's D is... its just that Kendall was too puss to let his hands go. Everytime Holt opened up on Bradley, Tim ate glove.

And no fool... Witter is not technically skilled at all. This PROVES you have no clue what you're talking about.

    Reread my post.

And if you check my history, I wasn't saying Kessler was going to win.

I was saying Ward was not only going to win, but that he was the best fighter on the block at 168.

Turns out I was right, and I'm not just one of those mother ****ers that swims against the current, I use my mind.

First of all, Holt has ridiculous speed. The kind of speed that can land on anyone at some point.

But the reason why Holt didn't let his hands go was because A) Bradley was killin his body, and B) Bradley would respond with flurries of punches.

You don't give Bradley any credit for what he did against Holt. It was HE that beat Holt, not Holt that beat himself.

Holt was ready. He got beat.

And re-read with I said. The bottom line is, Peterson is not as physically gifted as Bradley... but he's better schooled. Whether or not that translates into a win for him I dunno, we'll see.

Bradley has a tendacy to slap, and loop punches alot, esp on the inside... whilst Peterson throws short, and accurate at close distance. He keeps his gloves in good position at all time, in order to block and parry shots. THOSE are technical skills genius!

Bringing up Junior Witter was ******ed cause Witter has no skill to speak of.

The reason why Holt didnt let his hands go was because he has a class chin, and froze up and choked in his biggest fight.

Bradley was a clear winner, but I didnt find his performance overwhelming. It was a very sloppy fight.

And once again, I'm a Bradley FAN... but you entirely make him into something he's not.

And to bring up the Ward-Kessler fight.... Ward is technically better than Bradley as well.
