Was LaMotta a LHW at Prime? If he had to make MW on the day I'd say he'd be 165 at most. I could be wrong, but either way, Foster by K.O. LaMotta had an iron chin but no way could he soak up 15 rounds of Foster.

jake started out as a light heavy but cut a lot of weight to make midddle so he was prime during those days. also foster is not going to ko lamotta the mans chin was poured concrete.he might get stopped but not kod

lamotta won a sub-novice competition at 190lbs as an amateur but turned pro at 175lbs.
versus foster i think he would indeed get kayoed, big bob loved those shorter fighters and would lift up jake's big head with an uppercut and KO him with his left hook !

no way does foster ko lamotta. heck lamotta kod satterfield(one of the biggest hitters)and jake was considered not that hard of a puncher.and we all know lamotta could take a punch.

Foster kills him. LaMotta's going to be bleeding like a pig too which isn't going to help him in the least.

Bob Satterfield had a class jaw and no boxing skill so comparing him and foster is pretty stupid. Lamotta fought alot of bums through out his career and that is the reason most people think he chin was so great. If was fighting guys like Tommy Hearns, Kelly Pavlik, Julian Jackson, Gerald McCllelan, Nigel Benn and didtn get knock down you could say soemthing but he didnt

Either way Bob Foster knocks him stiff with in a few rounds.

Ya that Sugar Ray Robinson was a huge bum, what a waste of time fighting him six times without being foored. Lloyd Marshall, that dude can't fight, Holman Williams? Overhyped he would be a clubfighter in other eras right? Marcel Cerdan, biggest joke of a champion ever. Ya he sure fought a lot of bums.

Sugar Ray Robinson fought how many top black fighters in his career? How many people besides hardcore boxing fans know who Holman Williams and Lloyd Marshall are? Marcel Cerdan is known because he died in a plane crash. You are naming names, All fighters have names you know. Just because you name them should that prove something? Even if you still want to believe Sugar Ray Robinson a coward who beat his wife and ducked fighting top black fighters was this unstoppable force you still have to realize he was a natural welterweight.

Bob Foster is naturally bigger and hit harder and would knock Lamotta out. SusieQ when you find a fighter to like besides that overrated joke Marciano then maybe your opinions will matter but at this point in time I am the only person here who makes post based based no logic and just don't pull stuff out of my butt because I heard this fighter was good or because I like a certain fighter.

I hate to be mister spell check but you pretty much invited everyone on the board to take shots. You say 'no logic' where I THINK you mean 'on logic'. It does seem appropriate though.

I am actually a huge Sonny Liston fan, and rate him higher than Marciano. But thanks for playing. Judging from your recent posts, you think well of Sonny too.

Satterfield was a puncher of the Foster mode but he beat some good Heavys, foster did not., Jake Stopped Satterfield who KO'd Bob Baker in 1 and dominated Nino Valdes...Foster could not stop Jake and jake was strong late in the fight..it comes down to points...and I am not sure that Bob would be the winner...in a 15 rd....Jake could do it but I see it going 15
