I admit I got teary eyed when Lucas lost to D.Garcia... In hindsight slight man crush on Lucas no homo. Idk I just lost a lot of money on Lucas he was -100 or something. Lucas eyes got all puffy it was humiliating. Another time was when Roy got KO'd im not even going to givegthe fighter credit. ive wanted him to stop he's too old. Roy is a rock mentally I commend him. Not many can take a shot like Roy at such an old age. Roy is in my top 5 living legend imo.
I've never cried, I have had rushes of adrenaline, feelings of disbelief that lasted days and feelings of frustration and sadness when my favourite fighters lose. I agree with Lucas losing to Garcia was a bad one, I believe that was on Mayweather vs Alvarez however I was so coked up that night that crying would have been the last thing on my mind. Perhaps in the morning when I checked my bank balance I may have shed a few tears.
Never cried but GGG’s face when he was walking back to the dressing room after the rematch was heartbreaking
Actually Kovalev winning against Alvarez deeply moved me. I almost cried. But like Lampley, I'm pretty emotional, we are both Aries. Wait, so are Kovalev and Alvarez. It was a Aries overload, no wonder.
I shed tears twice when I saw the shell of the Greatest Muhammad Ali get beaten on by Larry Holmes & Trevor Berbick. Neither would have lived with him in his prime. No one would listen to his doctor Ferdy Pacheco when he said Ali should have retired after Frazier. He knew Ali was sick & refused to be part of it
That look from G was “Nice one, I know I won and I knew I’m gonna get robbed. I sold my belts and my unification dream for 40 million dollars. I don’t care anymore. Boxing is business and politics.”
when pryor beat arguello, who was, and still is, my favorite all time boxer. it was like watching a family member get his ass beat down.
I didn't cry but very, very close when Fenech was robbed against Nelson in Vegas on the Tyson - Ruddock 2 undercard. Then when I was in the crowd for the rematch at Princes Park and Nelson stopped Fenech. A true miscarriage of boxing justice, the first fight. However I would say the GGG - Canelo 2 takes the cake for me now as the most dissapointing moment. I saw the fight clearly for GGG.
Definitely did not cry but I was Exactly how I felt when Pac was ktfo6. I was in complete disbelief, if only he had just let the round end and continue onto round 7. Bittersweet though, he is a more rounded boxer after that fight.
I cried a bit, it was surreal. Time kind of froze. Lampley crying didn't help the situation. It was almost we were crying together
