after watching the fight again tonight i just can't believe how much cotto sucking lampley was doing. it was so pathetic to listen to the second time that i was wondering how manny could take sitting next to him talking like cotto was doing everything. lampley just pissed me the **** off during this one and i'm so glad cotto got beat like i knew he would and that it shut the hbo posterboys ****ing mouth
I agree with this post. It was really bad. I respect Lampley for being very articulate and intelligent as a commentator, but it was brutal in this fight how much he ignored Margarito's successes and made a HUGE deal out of EVERY PUNCH Cotto landed. Get a grip, Jim. The fans don't want to hear you rooting for someone.
thats why i hate lampley, he does it to often, he ignored all the shots, kellerman and steward tried to tell him marg was breaking him down, he did the same **** in taylor chavez fight in 90 and many times other
I agree with you guys also. Lampley has always been on Cotto's nuts, and even when Cotto lost, he didn't give AM any credit at all. He just made it into a sad scenario basically. HBO is bias. Too much favoritism going on.
Yes sir! :good I'm glad I was not the only one that saw this type of bias.:-( Lampley if a very intelligent commentador but he really gets in my nerves when he's bias like that. I remember he was doing the same with Taylor Hopkins. atsch
