Langford, he fought boxers of Carnera height and although they aren't close to Primo in class, I think Carnera's size advantage isn't enough to beat Langford.
Just the sight of those two facing off before the bell would be quite extraordinary - a near 11” height pull. And you thought Duran “facing” up to Hearns looked ridiculous? Sam would probably say no matter - they all become roughly the same height when they’re horizontal. Primo doesn’t want to know that Sam has a train to catch in the next 15 minutes - there will be no dilly dallying. Sam has other important matters to attend to. Langford just has to be mindful to avoid Primo’s satchel feet from stepping on his own otherwise he might be felled by a custom “Chuck Wepner” howitzer punch to the body. Not even Ali had an answer to same.

Well, he took punches from giants of his era. Do you think Carnera hit harder than Godfrey, Wills or Fulton?
Any former world champ Langford`s size would have beat Carnera, he was not a trained boxer and nothing more than a lumbering fraud.
