Oscar 'Chololo' Larios was a very thin guy. Busy style and quite strong.

Errol Spence has those long arms and never stops coming forward. You have to be strong to do that.

Lamount Peterson. He can fight with a pressure style and at times abandons the jab just to march forward. Wiry but very strong.

I see what you mean. Guys like Froch, Kermit Cintron, Winky Wright and Nate Campbell are physical freaks, they have arms that extend way longer than the average man. Not lanky per se but their elbows are almost at their hips. When they put their arms into a guard its like a natural shield covering the whole torso. We have to throw RJJ in there as well, crazy reach.

I'm not sure what's going on with his career. He seems to have wasted most of the last two years of the tail end of his prime but holds the fake version of the WBA. I think I had him edging Garcia.

Tough guy and all but I think he has a ceiling. Not to disrespect him but his skill set can only go so far. I would not also be surprised that someone who fights like that trains like that all the time. Sometimes these guys are really too tough for their own good. That would diminish anyone over time.

It's all relative of course and a matter of perception, but Hearns was a full 6'1 at 147. That definitely is lanky.

Can't believe no one has mentioned Panama Al Brown. Definitely among the very best picks for this particular category.

"Kid" Akeem Anifowoshe was huge at the weight he fought. Lanky, but also very strong.

I suppose you could nominate someone like Antonio Margarito as well.

different. Williams had bigger legs than upperbody. where Hearns was more upper body than legs. Hearns was physically strong upperbody, but his legs were not.. Williams was not strong upper body. You will not find many lanky guys too physically strong. The style is more for leverage and reach and picking shots.
